  • 120 Piedmont Student Housing - Planned at 120 Piedmont Avenue - South City Partners; $83 million; Mixed-Use development with 651 student housing beds and 11,500 SF retail space; To be completed 2018

  • 339-347 Edgwood Avenue - 339-347 Auburn Avenue - Stacey Robinson; $300,000; Facade renovation of building with 5,600 SF retail space; Completed 2015
  • Auburn Avenue Research Library - 101 Auburn Avenue - Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System; $14 million; Interior renovation of 56,000 SF institutional space and small expansion including a 240-seat auditorium and a gift shop and cafe added to the first floor; Completed 2016

Beautification
  • Façade improvements - in 2014, Invest Atlanta awarded $896,265 in façade improvement grants to 12 projects in the Sweet Auburn neighborhood to fund improvements that contribute to the visual enhancement of the building. The first round of grant funding leverages a total of $2.7 million in investment. Construction is underway or completed at several of the projects.
  • I-75/85 underpass enhancements - Central Atlanta Progress is installing a creative enhancement to the existing bridge underpass at Auburn Avenue and Interstate 75/85 in Downtown Atlanta.
